Ventilation System Installations
Ventilation removes stale or moist air from your home and replaces it with fresh air from the outside. Modern building regulations require homes to achieve high levels of airtightness, and whilst this is good news for energy efficiency, insufficient ventilation can lead to the build-up of moisture causing condensation and mould, or allow allergens or harmful environmental gases such as radon to accumulate to levels that could be harmful to your health.

Extractor Fans
Extractor fans remove moisture and prevent the development of mould or condensation in your home. They are most commonly found in areas with high moisture levels such as a kitchen or bathroom. We only select and fit models that are high-quality, efficient, quiet and will stand the test of time. Key features of our models include:
- Automatic adjustable humidity sensors
- Timer adjustable
- Low running costs - From just £3 per year!
- Quiet running - 18Db, lower than an average conversation
- 5-year Installation Warranty
Mechanical Extract Ventilation (MEV)
We offer installation of both centralised and de-centralised mechanical extract ventilation fan systems. MEV can help provide whole-home ventilation and dampness control. MEVs run continuously and therefore don’t depend as much on background ventilations sources (window trickle vents for example) to provide adequate ventilation home - perfect for homes that have a high level of airtightness. Key features include:
- Extremely low noise levels
- Low running costs - From just £3 per year!
- Easily adjustable controls
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery (MVHR)
As the name suggests, Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery systems (MVHR) extract old stale air from properties whilst reclaiming a high level of the energy used to heat that air, helping save money on heating costs while increasing the energy efficiency of your property. The heat from the extracted air is recovered by a heat exchange unit and used to warm the supply of fresh air. Whilst a MVHR can be fitted in any property, generally, they work most efficiently in properties with a high degree of airtightness.
